01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bkdo website located at https://bkdo.io (the "Platform"), including all associated betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and customer support services provided by bkdo ("we", "us", "the Company").

By accessing the Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered on bkdo, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, game-specific terms, promotional terms, and the bkdo Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bkdo Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bkdo strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification will be required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on bkdo.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the Platform for commercial or professional advantage on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded or have voluntarily requested a cooling-off period on the bkdo Platform or on any affiliated platform. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory directive that would prohibit your participation in online gambling or betting activities.
• You must be acting as the sole beneficial owner of the funds in your account. bkdo does not permit the use of accounts as conduits for third-party funds under any circumstances.

bkdo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bkdo support may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the bkdo Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, contact details, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. bkdo is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bkdo will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity performed under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bkdo support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bkdo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for all accounts. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may additionally be triggered by significant account activity, unusual transaction patterns, or regulatory requirements. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and driving licences. Proof of address may also be required. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting bkdo support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts flagged for investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the bkdo Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkdo supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change, and bkdo reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap for fully verified accounts.
• bkdo does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party payment provider charges, if any, are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time for supported mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing institution.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered to the account holder's verified identity may be declined or held pending additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the same account name. bkdo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. bkdo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.
• Where an active bonus is applied to the account, withdrawals may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• bkdo does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals are typically within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• bkdo reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the player's account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bkdo offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general provisions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings derived solely from those expired funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• A player is entitled to claim one welcome bonus offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, or referral links constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• bkdo reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings attributable to that bonus — from a player's account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or exploitation of a platform error.
• bkdo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Modifications do not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively wagered by a player.
• Participation in bkdo promotions is voluntary. No player is required to accept a bonus offer, and declining a bonus has no impact on standard account services.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bkdo Platform are binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming. bkdo will not void a correctly placed bet on the grounds that the player made a selection error.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets and all other sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and event type. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension, revision, or cancellation at any time in response to match events, data feed disruptions, or technical issues. bkdo accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's reliance on odds displayed during a temporary data feed disruption.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate, not a guarantee of individual session results. bkdo does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the mathematically fixed house edge inherent in each game's design.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bkdo reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts. bkdo will not honour bets or payouts arising from a manifest error — including but not limited to grossly incorrect odds, erroneous bonus credits, or system glitches — regardless of the displayed outcome at the time the bet was placed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkdo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity. bkdo is required by applicable law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other game where player strategy can influence outcomes to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed payment reversals, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds through a payment provider after they have been wagered on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bkdo support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bkdo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bkdo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bkdo brand name, logo, and product names are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; use the bkdo name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission; or scrape, crawl, or index Platform content using automated tools.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by bkdo. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of intellectual property law and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkdo and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bkdo does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bkdo's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bkdo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bkdo.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

bkdo uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. bkdo does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the bkdo Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account data is stored on secure servers with access controls restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

11 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute between you and bkdo relating to your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, you should first contact bkdo support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation. bkdo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

bkdo's decision on any complaint relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or account actions is final. Disputes relating to financial transactions will be escalated to the relevant payment processor investigation process where necessary.
